# How to approve AP invoice records in bulk in Kinetic

In Kinetic, filter the AP invoice list to bills ready for approval, tick the ones you have checked and approve them together. Open unusual bills one by one.

Bulk approval means approving many bills at once instead of opening each one. It saves time on routine bills.
