# How to approve voucher records in bulk in CloudSuite Industrial

In CloudSuite Industrial, filter the voucher list to bills ready for approval, tick the ones you have checked and approve them together. Open unusual bills one by one.

Bulk approval means approving many bills at once instead of opening each one. It saves time on routine bills.

## Before you start

- Voucher Authorization switched on in Purchasing Parameters

## The CloudSuite Industrial way

Where to find it: Voucher Authorization utility

1. Switch on Voucher Authorization in Purchasing Parameters (General tab)
2. Run the Voucher Authorization utility. Filter by Authorizer, Voucher, Invoice Date, Vendor and Authorization Status (Failed and or Matched)
3. Choose Preview to check or Commit to save, then Process
4. Post the vouchers the utility authorized

## Limits in CloudSuite Industrial

- The utility authorizes by matching to the PO within tolerance. It is not a manager sign-off screen
- Vouchers with a Failed status are not posted
