# How to code one voucher to several account codes in CloudSuite Industrial

In CloudSuite Industrial, add a line for each type of cost on the voucher. Set a different account and tax code on each line, then check the total matches the invoice.

Coding one bill to several accounts means each line of a supplier invoice goes to the expense or asset account that matches what was bought.

## The CloudSuite Industrial way

Where to find it: Voucher Adjustment Distribution

1. Open Voucher Adjustment Distribution and pick the voucher
2. Add one distribution line per account with Amount
3. Check the Distribution Total matches Invoice Amt
4. Save

## Limits in CloudSuite Industrial

2. Pulsify suggests an account for each line from past bills for that vendor. Each line gets its own account and tax code.
3. Check the suggestions in Pulsify, change any that are wrong and approve.

What Pulsify does not do here:

- Pulsify can only pick from the accounts that exist in CloudSuite Industrial.

## Common mistakes

- Saving with a Distribution Total that does not match the Invoice Amt.
- Working out the split from percentages and not checking that each amount adds up to the Invoice Amt.

## Common questions

### How are the distribution lines ordered?

Each line has a Dist Seq number that orders the lines.

### How do I know I am done?

The Distribution Total must match the Invoice Amt before you save.

### Can I split by percentage?

Lines are amount-based only.

### Does Pulsify learn how I code?

Yes. Pulsify suggests an account for each line from how that supplier was coded on past bills. You can change any suggestion.
