# How to job cost voucher records in CloudSuite Industrial

In CloudSuite Industrial, create each project, tag each voucher line with the project using distributions and run a cost-by-project report each month.

Job costing supplier bills means tagging each bill line to a job so you can see cost against budget for every job.

## The CloudSuite Industrial way

Where to find it: Voucher Adjustment Distribution (Project and project cost code)

1. Open Recurring Voucher Distribution, enter the Project, then the task number and the project cost code
2. Generate the recurring voucher so the project link carries onto the bill

## Limits in CloudSuite Industrial

- The Financials guide shows the project link on recurring voucher distributions only. Project on one-off voucher distributions is not described
