# How to run the Vendor aging report in Dynamics 365 Finance

In Dynamics 365 Finance, run the Vendor aging report as at your chosen date. Check the total ties to your accounts payable balance and look at items over 30 days.

An aged payables report lists what you owe each supplier, grouped by how overdue each bill is.

- Interval works only when no aging period definition is chosen.

## Good to know in Dynamics 365 Finance

- Negative balances and amounts in transaction currency are optional ticks.
- The Vendor open transactions report lists invoice number, voucher number, amounts and payment due date and is used to agree the vendor book to the ledger.
- Aging period definitions are kept on their own page and can be reused across reports.
