## Example in CloudSuite Industrial

Example Plumbing Supplies has a PO line for 40 lengths of pipe at a Unit Material Cost of $18.50. Assume Voucher Tolerance Over is 2 percent.

- Voucher unit cost $18.50: $740.00 (Matched)
- Voucher unit cost $18.80: $752.00 (1.6 percent over, Matched)
- Voucher unit cost $19.80: $792.00 (7.0 percent over, Failed)

Run Voucher Authorization with Commit. The Matched vouchers become Authorized and post. The Failed one is not posted.

## Common mistakes

- Entering tolerance percentages without ticking Voucher Authorization.
- Expecting a freight or misc difference to fail the voucher.

No. Freight and misc variances do not fail the voucher.

### Can I set a tolerance in Pulsify?

No. Pulsify matches to within 1 cent and shows any bigger difference as a flag. Your approver decides.
