# Multi-entity accounts payable for SYSPRO

SYSPRO covers part of multi-entity accounts payable on its own. Pulsify gives each company its own address, suppliers and approval rules, with one login across all of them.

Multi-entity accounts payable means running supplier bills for several companies, each with its own books, from one team.

## What SYSPRO does on its own

SYSPRO runs several companies. Group suppliers support intercompany group payments that pay a primary supplier once. Consolidation uses a holding company that shares ledgers and the Financial Report Writer. Intercompany journals post matched entries to another company.

- The SYSPRO help describes no consolidated AP view across companies.

## What you need in SYSPRO

- Companies on the same server for intercompany group payments
