# Supplier statement reconciliation for Sage 300

Sage 300 has no built-in supplier statement reconciliation. Pulsify reads each vendor statement, checks every line against your bills and credits and names what does not agree.

Supplier statement reconciliation means checking a vendor's vendor statement against the bills and credits in your books, so nothing is missing or paid twice.

## What Sage 300 does on its own

Sage 300 has no vendor statement reconciliation. The only Reconcile Statements screen is for bank statements. You print vendor transactions or Aged Payables and compare them with the supplier statement by hand.

- The Sage 300 guides describe no vendor statement matching.
