# Supplier statement reconciliation for SAP B1

SAP B1 has no built-in supplier statement reconciliation. Pulsify reads each vendor statement, checks every line against your bills and credits and names what does not agree.

Supplier statement reconciliation means checking a vendor's vendor statement against the bills and credits in your books, so nothing is missing or paid twice.

## What SAP B1 does on its own

There is no statement import. Staff compare the vendor account with the supplier's statement by hand and use Internal Reconciliation to match open items.

## What you need in SAP B1

- Reconciliation authorisation
