Limits in Dynamics 365 Finance
- A contractor with no ABN needs a valid reason and a Statement by supplier to be on the report.
Good to know in Dynamics 365 Finance
- Payees show gross paid, GST and withholding tax.
- You can run the data collection in real time or in batch.
- The Statement by supplier is for a payee who is not required to hold an ABN or an individual under 18 whose payments are $350 a week or less.
- Testing can be done on the ATO Business Portal with a test version before the production file.
- The ATO uses the TPAR to check contractors who did not report all income or register for GST.
Common mistakes
- Not importing the three electronic reporting configurations before creating the report.
- Choosing the wrong vendors, because data is collected by posting profile or vendor group.
