A price tolerance is the gap between the PO price and the invoice price that you accept without a query. What is purchase order?
The Sage 100 Contractor way
Where to find it: 4-2 Payable Invoices/Credits > Set Over PO Warning; 4-4 Vendors > Vendor purchase order warnings
- Open 4-2 Payable Invoices/Credits and choose Set Over PO Warning.
- Choose a flat amount or Tolerance Percent (percent of the PO subtotal less the cancelled amount).
