How to set up a new vendor safely in CloudSuite Industrial

Before the first bill, collect the vendor's ABN and bank details, check the ABN, phone to confirm, have a second person approve the vendor record in CloudSuite Industrial, then enter the first voucher.

Where to find it: Vendors form

  1. Open Vendors and Actions > New
  2. Enter the vendor details, Terms Code, bank code and payment method
  3. Use Payment Hold with a reason until checks are done
  4. Release the hold

On the Vendors form use the Payment Hold tab, click Payment Hold and give a reason. Release the hold when checks are done.
