A bank detail change is when a supplier asks you to pay a new sort code or account number. It is a common fraud route.

- Restrict who can edit supplier accounts.
Limits in Sage 200

What Pulsify does not do here
- Pulsify flags a mismatch. It does not decide whether the new details are real.

Common mistakes
- Treating the audit log as an approval step. It records changes but does not stop them.
- Leaving the Bank Details role feature at its default without deciding who should have it.
