Before you start
- Purchases access
The MYOB Business way
Where to find it: Purchases > Purchase orders > open the order > Convert to bill

- Click Convert to bill (top or bottom of the order).
- Check the quantities and prices against the supplier invoice.
- Enter the supplier invoice number and save.

Pulsify connects to MYOB in one click. Approved bills are created in MYOB with the source file attached.
What Pulsify does not do here

- Flags are warnings. Your approver decides.
Example in MYOB Business
Example Plumbing Supplies sends an invoice for an order of 25 plasterboard sheets at $14.20. You click Convert to bill.
| Line | Amount | Tagged to |
|---|---|---|
| Order line: 25 sheets at $14.20 | $355.00 | Copied to the bill |
| Invoice line: 25 sheets at $15.10 | $377.50 | You edit the price and spot the $22.50 gap by eye |
| Delivery charge | $30.00 | Extra line, not on the order |
MYOB Business shows no alert for the $22.50 price difference or the $30.00 delivery charge. Compare each line with the invoice before you save.
Common mistakes
- Assuming MYOB Business shows a mismatch alert. You compare prices and quantities yourself.
