Words CloudSuite Industrial uses

  • Voucher. The record of a vendor invoice you owe. It is created in A/P Vouchers and Adjustments or generated from a PO receipt.
  • Adjustment. A change to an existing voucher, for example for returned goods. A negative adjustment lowers what you owe.
  • Distribution. The account lines a voucher is posted to. The distribution total must equal the invoice amount.

The Pulsify way

  1. Forward the supplier's invoice to your Pulsify address or upload it. Pulsify reads every line and finds the vendor in CloudSuite Industrial.
  2. Pulsify suggests an account for each line from past bills for that vendor. Each line gets its own account and tax code.
  3. Check the suggestions in Pulsify, change any that are wrong and approve.
  4. The voucher is created in CloudSuite Industrial with the right account on every line.
