The MYOB Acumatica way
Where to find it: Approval Maps (EP205015); Accounts Payable Preferences (AP101000)
- Turn on the Approval Workflow feature (Enable/Disable Features, CS100000).
- On Approval Maps (EP205015) create a map with entity type Bills and Adjustments. Add steps and rules.
- On each rule's Conditions tab pick an Entity, Field Name, Condition and value so the rule runs only when the condition is true.

- Activate approval for AP documents on Accounts Payable Preferences (AP101000).

- Choose who approves each row: a person, a role or a team.
- Add a second step for large amounts, or a review step for coding checks.
- Set an auto-approve rule for trusted, small bills.
- Use Try an invoice to see where a real bill would go.
