Bulk approval means approving many bills at once instead of opening each one. It saves time on routine bills. What is segregation of duties?
Before you start
- Accounts Payable configured for bill approvals
- Approve Bills: List permission
The Sage Intacct way
Where to find it: Accounts Payable > All > Bills > Approve bills
- Go to Accounts Payable > All > Bills > Approve bills and filter the list.
- Select Approve next to a bill, add an optional Comment and select Approve.
- If more approvals are needed the bill shows Partially approved and moves on.
Limits in Sage Intacct
- The help describes approving one bill at a time. No bulk approve action is documented.
- Approvers can delegate approval while away.

- Open anything flagged and fix or reject it.
- Tick the clean bills and use bulk approve.
