Job costing supplier bills means tagging each bill line to a job so you can see cost against budget for every job.
Before you start

Where to find it: AP Invoice Entry lines
- Costs are collected only on a WBS Phase Job in Project Management
- Add a Material line on the job with Misc Charge ticked
- Apply the supplier invoice to that Misc Charge in AP
- It posts as an ADJ-PUR transaction visible in Job Tracker > Material Transactions
Limits in Kinetic
- Entries keyed straight to a GL account do not reach project cost reports
The Pulsify way
- Forward the supplier's invoice to Pulsify. Pulsify reads every row as its own line.
- Review each line's account and set the job where it applies.
- Route bills to the person who knows the job, using approval rules.
- Approve. The AP invoice is created in Kinetic with each line.
