Common questions
How do I code one invoice to several nominal codes?
Add one analysis line per nominal code on the invoice. Check that the lines add up to the goods value.
Where does the default nominal code come from?
From the supplier account. It defaults on new invoices and you can override it.
Does the VAT follow each line?
The VAT Rate defaults from the supplier account and you can change it on the invoice. Check the VAT value before you post.
Does Pulsify learn how I code?
Yes. Pulsify suggests an account for each line from how that supplier was coded on past bills. You can change any suggestion.
